Do I need to talk to someone to get started?
If you are not yet working with an accountant or bookkeeper, the entire process is self-serve. Simply complete the form, join your Slack channel via email, and connect your financial tools. Our team will be available in Slack if you need assistance. If your team is already working with a bookkeeper or accountant, you will need to schedule a brief call to review your setup with a member of our team.
What if I need help during setup?
You receive access to a private Slack channel when you sign up for your trial. Our team monitors it closely and will jump in to help with setup, questions, or anything that comes up, during onboarding, and beyond.
What tools do you support?
We integrate with standard financial infrastructure: Stripe, Mercury, Brex, Ramp, Gusto, Carta, Rippling, and other platforms commonly used by venture-backed companies. Each integration includes setup documentation.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level security and encryption. All connections are made via secure OAuth, we never store login credentials, and access is read-only wherever possible.
How does payment work?
Quanta pricing is based on your company’s stage and complexity. You can view starting prices on our pricing page, and we’ll confirm your exact rate during the trial once we review your setup. Pre-revenue companies start at 250/mo and our Early Stage plan starts at 500/mo. As your business grows, your plan can scale with you. Plans are available monthly or annually, with no long-term commitments. You can cancel at any time.
Will I still need a bookkeeper?
No. Quanta is your bookkeeper and your general ledger. Our platform handles the day-to-day bookkeeping and keeps your books continuously reconciled, while our in-house accounting team reviews exceptions and applies judgment. You can communicate directly with the team in Slack when questions or edge cases come up.
What are the terms?
Service is provided month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time. If payment is not received by day 14, your account will be deactivated.
